A SELF-PACED GUIDED REFLECTION PROGRAMME, FROM STUDIO20

Retreat Yourself

Six books. Twelve sessions. Your own pace.

This is the self-paced version of the work I do in sessions: short, honest chapters and real questions to sit with, for whenever you have the time to step back, spend some time with yourself and enjoy your own company.

The whole first book. Free, with no email address needed.

I believe a retreat can can be a chance to remember that being alone doesn't mean being lonely. It can mean being all-one, being whole and reTREATing yourself to a date with yourself.

To getting to know yourself and befriending yourself, again and again. That's what these six books are for.

A FEW QUESTIONS

Good to know

Is this the same as coaching with you?

This is a self-guided version of some of the conversations we might have in a coaching session.

It gives you the space to slow down, explore the questions in your own time and notice what comes up for you. The books are a little more guided than an actual coaching conversation, but with the same intention: to help you reflect, get curious and find your own way forward.

If you’d like some actual conversation alongside the books, that’s always possible too. Just mention it in your email.

How long does the programme take?

As long as you’d like.

There’s no schedule to keep up with and nothing to finish by a certain date. The idea is simply to spend a little more time with yourself, whenever you can.

You might read a few pages one evening, take a journal somewhere quiet or return to a question months later. Retreat Yourself is there for you to come back to as often as you need.

What do I actually receive?

You’ll receive six PDF books that you can read on your phone, print out or keep as your own digital copies.

No app, no login and no subscription to remember to cancel later.

They’re yours to keep and return to whenever you like.

Can I write in them?

Of course.

Personally, I’d keep the ebooks as your originals and use a separate journal for your own notes, thoughts and reflections.

You could add the date each time you sit down with the programme too. Over time, your journal becomes a little record of where you were, what was on your mind and what has changed since then.

I think there’s something really lovely about being able to look back.

How do I pay?

Just send me an email at hello@studio20.me and let me know you'd like to receive Retreat Yourself: The Full Programme.

I’ll personally reply with my PayPal or N26 bank details, whichever is easiest for you. Once your payment has come through, I’ll set up your access and send everything over.

Have a Retreat Yourself question?

If you have a question before booking, or you're simply wondering whether Retreat Yourself is right for you, just ask me.

Send me an email and I’ll personally answer.

A little more about Retreat Yourself

Retreat Yourself was originally written in 2018 while I was travelling through Mozambique and South Africa.

Much of the original writing is still here. I’ve intentionally not gone back and rewritten every page from the perspective of today, partly because I still believe the ideas and reflections that made me write it in the first place are still true.

Reading the programme is only the beginning.

The real part happens when you give yourself the time to sit with it, reflect on what comes up and try things out in your own life. There’s no right way to do that. Some things may immediately make sense, while others might be something you come back to later.

If you’d like some company along the way, that’s where coaching can come in. We can explore what’s coming up for you and talk about where you’d like to take things next.

If you’ve genuinely spent time with Retreat Yourself and, after 90 days, feel that it hasn’t given you anything at all, please email me.

I want you to feel that Retreat Yourself was worth your time, your money and, most importantly, the time you gave to yourself.

We’ll take it from there.

You can always reach me at hello@studio20.me.
