Coaching sessions
Most coaching sessions last around 60 minutes and take place online.
If you're in Amsterdam or Mallorca, you're also welcome to choose a Walk & Talk session. These outdoor coaching conversations usually last around 90 minutes and are priced separately to reflect the additional time and travel involved.
Sessions can be booked individually or as part of a longer coaching journey.
If you're following a coaching package, I'll let you know when we're approaching the final sessions so you have plenty of time to decide whether you'd like to continue.
Getting started
Every coaching journey begins with a free introductory call of up to 60 minutes.
It's an opportunity to meet, explore what's catching your attention and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you decide to continue, you can choose between individual coaching sessions or a longer coaching journey. I'll explain the different options and fees during our conversation, so you can decide what feels right for you.
Fees
I work with people from different countries, professions and backgrounds. Coaching is sometimes funded privately, sometimes by caretakers or an employer and occasionally through another agreed arrangement.
For that reason, I don't work with one standard fee for everyone. We'll agree on an investment that feels fair and appropriate for your situation before we begin.
Everything is explained openly and agreed in advance, so there are no surprises.
Payments
Sessions are paid in advance.
Coaching may be funded:
privately
by caretakers
by an employer
through another agreed arrangement
When coaching is funded by caretakers or an employer, our conversations remain confidential and centred around you.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Once a session is booked, that time is reserved especially for you.
I understand that life sometimes shifts unexpectedly. One last-minute cancellation or reschedule is completely fine.
After that, missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will count as part of the agreed coaching journey.
Whenever possible, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change an appointment.
