  • reconnecting with what genuinely matters to you

My approach is gentle, reflective and flexible by nature.

Some people prefer regular sessions.
Others work best through voice notes, writing and slower reflective exchanges.

Together, we find a rhythm that supports you rather than overwhelms you.

Ways We Can Work Together

1:1 Coaching

Reflective and grounding sessions tailored to your rhythm, needs and way of processing.

Small Private Groups

You bring together your own small group of friends, colleagues or like-minded people for a shared grounding and reflective experience.

Asynchronous Coaching

Voice notes, writing and reflective exchanges for people who prefer slower and more spacious forms of support.

What you receive

  • single sessions or a series of sessions

  • 60 minutes (sometimes shorter or longer when needed)

  • online, or occasionally in Amsterdam or Mallorca

  • English or Dutch

Each session is shaped around what you need.

There is space to speak freely, reflect deeply and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
