Studio20 FAQ
What kind of sessions do you offer?
I offer one-on-one sessions through Studio20. These can take the form of coaching, reflective conversations, or creative exploration sessions. The focus is always the same: slowing down, gaining clarity, exploring the ideas or questions that are asking for attention, and taking meaningful steps forward.
Is this coaching or mentoring?
The sessions are primarily coaching conversations.
At times I may bring in tools, exercises, or a more theme-based structure when that feels supportive. In those moments the work can feel closer to mentoring, while still remaining rooted in a coaching approach.
You decide what you want to work on and the direction you want to take. My role is to help you think things through, ask thoughtful questions, and offer tools or exercises when helpful.
Do you also give therapy?
No. The space I offer at Studio20 is not therapy or medical care.
Therapy often focuses on understanding past experiences and how they relate to current patterns and behaviour.
In coaching we may also notice thoughts, feelings, and patterns, but the focus is mainly forward: exploring what matters to you now and shaping the next steps.
If it ever feels helpful, I can point you toward trusted professionals in my network.
Do I need a clear goal before booking?
Not at all.
Some people arrive with a clear idea or project. Others simply feel the need to pause and think things through.
Sometimes a whole session is simply about saying things out loud and seeing what becomes clearer in the conversation.
At other times we take a few sessions to explore what the real focus might be and how we would recognise when you have reached it.
We begin with what is on your mind and gradually clarify the direction together.
Can sessions include yoga or mindfulness?
Yes. If helpful, sessions can include elements of yoga, breathwork, meditation, or simple grounding practices.
I’m a certified yoga teacher with more than 1,000 hours of training and several years of teaching experience. When we work with these practices, I move from the coaching role into a more teaching-based approach, guiding you through the exercises.
These practices can be offered as stand-alone sessions or gently woven into coaching conversations when helpful.
What about pricing?
You can begin with a first session at an introductory rate,
as a simple way to experience how we work together.
If it feels right to continue, we move into a series of sessions.
I offer a small number of session bundles, depending on the level of support you’re looking for.

Which language are sessions in?
Sessions can take place in English or Dutch (Nederlands), whichever feels most natural for you.
Most sessions take place online, and occasionally in Amsterdam or Mallorca. Online is often the easiest way to connect and make the most of our time together.
How do your writing, journaling guides, and sessions connect?
Everything I share through Studio20 comes from the same place.
On Substack, I share personal reflections and experiences.
The journaling guides (eBooks), available on Etsy, offer structured questions to explore your own thoughts, in your own time and space.
In sessions, we explore what’s coming up for you together, with more personal support.
It’s all part of the same approach.
A way of slowing down, reflecting, and finding clarity, each in a different shape.
