Privacy matters to me. Take a moment to read how I handle the information you share with me.

Sessions at Studio20 are offered by me, Marianne de Kuyper. I’m based in the Netherlands and Mallorca, and most sessions take place online, as this is often the easiest, quickest, and most time-rich way to connect.

When you sign up for a resouce, book a session or get in touch, you may share things like your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share. This can happen via email, forms, during sessions, or through messaging platforms such as Telegram, Signal, or WhatsApp.

I use this information to stay in touch, plan our sessions, and support your coaching. Sometimes this includes a short check-in or a word of encouragement in between sessions, if you ask for it. I only use your information when there’s a good reason to do so, such as providing your coaching, meeting legal requirements, or with your permission where needed.

Everything you share is treated with care and respect. I don’t sell your personal information. Some information may be handled by trusted services I use to run my business, such as email, booking or payment tools.

I keep your information safe and only for as long as needed, or as long as the law requires. You can always ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or request that I delete it. In some cases, I may need to keep certain information for legal reasons.

I follow the privacy rules that apply to my business, including the GDPR. If you have any questions or concerns about your information, you can reach me at hello@studio20.me. You can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you feel your privacy rights have not been respected.
