Reflections

Pause, notice and listen.

At Studio20, reflection can be a gentle companion to our sessions.
These reflections are simply invitations and a way to pause and listen a little more closely to yourself.

Some people enjoy journaling and writing. Others don’t.
You’re welcome in coaching either way.

There are a few moments in the coaching journey where reflection can be supportive: before we meet, between sessions, and when a phase comes to a close. Each reflection has its own tone and purpose.

You’re always free to use these reflections privately, share them with me, or leave them aside altogether.

Curious to try writing your thoughts down?
You’re welcome to get in touch ✨

Reflections

Take your time with these prompts.

If you'd like them as a PDF,
feel free to reach out.

  • Before your first session, you’re welcome to take a moment to reflect on what brings you here.

This can help you arrive a little more present and gives me a sense of what matters to you right now.

You might reflect on things like:

    • what led you to book a session
    • what feels most present in your life
    • what kind of support would feel helpful
    • anything that might help you feel safe and supported in our conversation

This reflection is optional. If you’d like to use it, just send me an email and I’ll share it with you.

If you prefer to arrive without preparation, that’s completely fine too.

  • After each session, you might like to take a moment to let things land.

    You might reflect on:

    • what stood out for you
    • what feels clearer now
    • what small step you might take in the coming days

There’s also space, if you wish, to share how the session felt for you. This is always optional and received with care.

  • When a coaching process comes to a natural pause, you might feel drawn to reflect on the coaching journey.

    You might reflect on:

    • how you experienced the coaching space
    • what supported you along the way
    • what helped create clarity or movement
    • anything you’d like me to continue or develop as a coach

Sharing this reflection is entirely optional.

  • If you enjoy reflecting through writing, you may also choose a personal reflection eBook created from our sessions.

It brings together essential insights and themes from our sessions, giving you something to revisit and continue exploring afterwards.

Many people find it helpful to revisit these reflections weeks or months later, when new clarity often appears.

This is available as an optional add-on during the coaching process.

  • All reflections at Studio20 are invitations.

There is no right way to do them, no expectation to complete everything, and no need to share unless it feels supportive for you.

    Sometimes one word is enough.
    Sometimes silence is enough.

We simply work with what feels most alive and relevant when we meet.

If you have questions about the reflections or how they fit into the coaching process, you’re always welcome to reach out.
