Useful Reflections

At Studio20, reflections are simple invitations to pause
and notice what is catching your attention.

Sometimes that begins with a question.

Sometimes with an idea.

A possibility.

A spark that keeps returning.

These prompts can support your coaching journey before a session, between conversations or whenever something feels ready for a little exploration.

There are no right or wrong answers.

You are welcome to write, reflect, doodle, make notes
or simply sit with a question and see what emerges.

Take what feels useful and leave the rest.

With curiosity,

Marianne de Kuyper

Reflections

These prompts are also being gathered into a printable Reflection Workbook that you can download, print and revisit whenever a new spark appears.

  • Before our first conversation, you might like to take a moment to notice what is catching your attention.

    Perhaps there is an idea.

    A question.

    A possibility.

Or simply a feeling that something wants a little more space.

    You might reflect on:

    • what brings you here today

    • what has been on your mind recently

    • what you would love more of in your life or work

    • what you are curious to explore

    • anything that would help you feel comfortable and supported

You are welcome to write things down, make notes, doodle, or come to your first session without any preparation at all.

  • After a session, you might notice new ideas, questions or possibilities beginning to appear.

Sometimes the smallest thought turns out to be the most interesting one.

    You might reflect on:

    • what stood out for you

    • what surprised you

    • what feels different now

    • what possibility feels worth exploring

    • what small step feels exciting, meaningful or manageable

You are welcome to write this down, share it with me, or simply notice what unfolds over the coming days.

  • When a coaching journey ends, it can be interesting to look back and see how far you have travelled.

    You might reflect on:

    • what has changed along the way

    • what you discovered about yourself

    • what possibilities opened up

    • what helped you move forward

    • what you would like to take with you from here

You can keep these reflections for yourself, share them with me, or simply take a moment to appreciate the journey so far.
