Payments & Cancellations
At Studio20, sessions move at a natural rhythm
and are shaped by trust.
The length of a session can vary,
depending on what is needed in the moment.
Sessions are paid in advance
as a budget for a number of sessions.
From there, we stay flexible with the length of each session.
Some may be shorter, others a little longer,
depending on what feels right.
Time is gently tracked and balanced
within the agreed amount.
When there are about two hours left in your session budget,
I’ll let you know
so you can take your time to decide whether you’d like to continue.
Payment is agreed in advance
and made before sessions take place.
Once a session is booked,
that time is reserved for you.
Changing a session can happen.
Life is life, and sometimes things shift.
One last-minute reschedule or cancellation is completely fine.
After that, the session will count as used
within the agreed sessions.
Sessions may be paid by you directly,
by an employer,
or in another agreed way.
When sessions are paid for by an employer,
the content of the sessions remains confidential
and fully client-led.
These arrangements support a steady and caring rhythm,
so sessions can unfold with presence, ease, and mutual respect.
