Coaching for Part-Year Residents in Mallorca
When your life belongs to two places
You spend part of the year in Mallorca and part somewhere else. Home exists in two places, yet you might still find yourself wondering: where do I actually belong?
Every season, you arrive again. Every season, you leave again. It's a rhythm that comes with its own kind of uncertainty. You become familiar with two places, two communities and two ways of living, yet it can still feel as though you're always arriving or preparing to leave.
You may have created the life you once imagined: more freedom, more sunshine, more space. Still, living between two places brings its own questions. There is a difference between having two homes and truly feeling at home in both of them.
Belonging takes time in each place. It's something you create, slowly.
Why I know this feeling
I know this rhythm well. My own path has never been a straight line. Over the years I've lived in Madrid, Amsterdam, Mozambique, South Africa and now divide my time between Amsterdam and Mallorca. Each place changed me a little and invited me to begin again.
Every move changed where I lived. It also changed how I saw myself.
You may have chosen this life for the freedom it brings, and still find that living between two places asks something of you. Sometimes you feel completely at home. At other times, you wonder where home really is.
Feeling at home grows through the moments you create along the way.
Does this sound familiar?
I feel like a visitor here, and a visitor when I go back.
I want this place to feel like more than somewhere I stay.
I'm building a life here, and I'm still finding my place.
My routines, my friendships and my sense of home exist in two different places.
I sometimes wonder where I feel most like myself.
Coaching gives you space to pause, reflect and explore what feeling at home in both places could look like for you.

Working together
Together we create space to look beyond the practical story. Not only where you live, but how you want to live in both places, and how you're experiencing this rhythm between them.
We begin with whatever is on your mind that day. I work with a five-step coaching framework called SPARK, which gives our conversation a gentle flow from beginning to end while leaving plenty of space for whatever wants to emerge.
We begin by getting curious about what's happening beneath the surface. What's already working in each place? What's asking for attention? What haven't you said out loud yet?
Together we slow down enough to notice what matters, so you can move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Curious how a session actually flows?
What we explore
We explore what each place gives you, what you miss when you're away and what kind of life you want to create across both places.
Living between two homes can feel lonely. The people in Mallorca know one part of your story. The people back home know another. Sometimes it feels as though no one sees the whole picture.
It can also become an opportunity.
Over time, you may discover that you don't have to choose between two versions of yourself. You can build a life that honours both places while feeling more connected to who you are.
People leave with a clearer understanding of what each place brings to their life, more ease with this rhythm and a better sense of what matters most to them.
Home isn't only where you live.
It's something you carry with you, wherever life takes you.
When and where
Sessions are available in person if you're in Mallorca, often as a walk-and-talk in Son Serra de Marina. They can also take place online, wherever you happen to be.
Some people come for a single conversation. Others choose to meet regularly throughout the year, in Mallorca and online between visits.
