Expat Coaching Mallorca
When moving was only the beginning
You followed the spark all the way to Mallorca. Now you're wondering what comes next.
Maybe it started with a holiday. Maybe with a dream you carried for years. Then one day you actually did it. You packed the boxes, made the move and started again somewhere new.
Most people see the outside part of moving: the house, the paperwork, the school, the job, the practical things. Once those are arranged, a different kind of challenge can appear. You realise that arriving somewhere new takes longer than moving there. There is a difference between moving somewhere and truly arriving.
Creating a home is something that happens slowly.
Why I know this feeling
I know this feeling well. My own path has never been a straight line. Over the years I've lived in Madrid, Amsterdam, Mozambique, South Africa and now divide my time between Amsterdam and Mallorca. Each place changed me a little and asked me to begin again.
Every move changed where I lived, but it also changed how I saw myself.
For some people, this is the biggest change they've ever made. You're not quite the person who lived back home anymore. This experience has changed you, and you may always carry a small gap between who you were and who you're becoming.
It's completely okay to still be finding your way.
Does this sound familiar?
I did the move. So why do I still feel like I'm not done arriving?
I moved here, but I still don't completely feel at home.
I created the life I dreamed of, so why does something still feel missing?
Everyone thinks I am living the dream, but inside it feels more complicated.
I am figuring out who I am in this new chapter.
I want to connect more deeply with this place and the people around me.

Working together
Together we create space to look beyond the practical story. Not only where you live, but how you want to live, and how you're feeling in this still relatively new chapter.
We begin with whatever is on your mind that day. I work with a five-step coaching framework called SPARK, which gives our conversation a gentle flow from beginning to end while leaving plenty of space for whatever wants to emerge.
We begin by getting curious about what's happening beneath the surface. What's already working? What's quietly asking for attention? What haven't you said out loud yet?
Together we slow down enough to notice what matters, so you can move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Curious how a session actually flows?
What we explore
We explore what you want to keep from your old life, what's changing and what kind of life you want to build here.
Being far from home can feel lonely. You might miss the people who know your whole story, the familiar routines and the places where everything felt effortless.
It can also become a chance to discover new sides of yourself, create different routines and build a life that reflects who you're becoming now rather than who you used to be.
People often leave with a clearer understanding of themselves, a deeper sense of belonging and greater confidence in the life they're building.
Home isn't only where you live.
It's something you slowly create.
When and where
Sessions are available in person if you're in Mallorca, often as a walk-and-talk in Son Serra de Marina. They can also take place online, wherever you are.
Some people come for a single conversation. Others choose a series of sessions, meeting in person while they're on the island and continuing online afterwards.
