Certification & Coaching/Mentoring

Over the years, I’ve explored different ways to support and guide students and learners. This page gives a glimpse of my experience as an International Student Coordinator and Student Coordinator and mentor in both English language teaching and yoga.

These diverse experiences have shaped my approach to coaching and mentoring, whether in the classroom, on the mat, or in creative projects. I’m currently in the process of officially accrediting my experiences and am excited to be working towards a coaching diploma to deepen the support I offer to others.

Whether in teaching, coordination, or content creation, I help people explore growth, learning, and their own inner spark with clarity, calm, and practical support. You could say it’s my Dharma—a way of being, no matter where I am.

Yoga Teaching & Mentoring (2010–Present)

Taught Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga in Amsterdam and online. Led yoga classes and retreats in Mozambique, South Africa and Spain. My teaching blends practical guidance, calm presence, and personal growth.

Counseled students with diagnoses such as AD(H)D and Autism
Held parent meetings, coordinated activities at the location, and was responsible for the daily management of the space.

Spectrum Brabant, Veldhoven | 09–2006 to 08–2008

Provided guidance to students with ADHD and Autism, offering tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
Designed and developed courses focused on study skills and mental training, supporting students in their personal and academic growth.
Created reports, newsletters and coordinated school communications to keep students, parents and staff informed and engaged.

These experiences taught me to guide others with clarity, structure and practical support, fostering personal and professional growth.

Communication & Mentoring (2002–Present)

Through my own projects and working with clients, I help people shape their talents, services and ideas, guiding them on their journey to go freelance. Whether it’s content, design, or setting up a website, I’m there to co-create something that reflects their unique vision and brings it to life in a practical way.
