Once we’ve gained clarity on your vision, we’ll begin mapping out the site structure and design. This phase is about crafting the layout, user experience and overall look that aligns with your brand, as much as we can define it at this stage.
Development & Creation
With the design in place, it’s time to bring your website to life. I’ll ensure it’s easy to navigate, looks great on any device, and stays true to your brand’s aesthetic. The design may evolve as we fine-tune ideas together, ensuring everything aligns with your goals.
Refinement & Testing
Once the initial version of your website is built, we’ll carefully review it together. This is the time to test, refine the design (maybe a few times), and make sure everything functions beautifully. We’ll ensure it all feels just right before moving forward.
Launch & Beyond
When everything is ready, I’ll guide you through the launch. Your website is a living, breathing project that will evolve as your business or creative journey grows. I provide support for a set period of time after launch, helping with updates and adjustments to ensure everything works smoothly. After that period, ongoing support becomes an optional service, available for an additional fee.

Creating a website is a process that requires time, care and creativity. Building your site itself might take 40–80 hours, but the full journey can span weeks or months, depending on content gathering and feedback.

Websites are never really “done”—as your business evolves, your website should too. You can continue working with me to fine-tune, refresh, and update your site, or I can show you how to manage it yourself.

What We Use

I design responsive websites using Squarespace.com, with domain names purchased through Hover.com. Your site will look great on any device, and basic SEO is included to help your audience find you. For small design elements, I use Canva.com to add creative touches to your website.

Creating a website is like crafting a story — it’s a mix of creativity, care and connection — it's an investment of time, creativity and care.

Each website is unique, and the costs reflect the level of customization, design and development involved in creating a site that truly represents you. Below is a suggestion of typical pricing based on the number of pages and complexity:

⸺ 1-3 Pages: €900

Ideal for simple websites with just a few pages. Typically includes:

Homepage
Contact page
About or Services page
Note: Legal pages (like Privacy Policy or Terms of Service) are not included.

⸺ 3-5 Pages: €1500 - €1800

For more detailed sites with several pages and a little extra customization. Includes:

Homepage, About, Services, Contact
Possibly a blog or portfolio
Legal pages (like Privacy Policy or Terms of Service) once you’ve provided the text.

⸺ 5 -12 Pages: €2500 - €4500

For more complex sites, with more pages and special features. Includes:

Main pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Location, Contact)
Extra pages like blog, portfolio, testimonials, gallery, etc.
Legal pages only when the final text has been provided.

⸺ 10-12+ Pages: €4500 or more

For large-scale websites or those with extensive customization, e-commerce, or advanced features. Includes:

Google Drive Folder After Launch
After your site is live, I’ll send you a Google Drive folder with everything you need to manage your site — including backups, images and SEO content.

What’s Not Included

Ongoing Platform Fees
Subscription fees for Squarespace and Hover are not included and must be paid directly to the platforms.
Logo Design
Logo design isn’t part of my services, but I can recommend talented graphic designers from my network who can create a professional, unique logo for you.
Mood Board or Graphic Design
Mood boards and additional graphic design aren’t included, but your website will be infused with creativity within the template’s framework. For extra design needs, I can connect you with trusted professionals.
Extensive SEO Research & Sitemap
In-depth SEO research and detailed sitemaps aren’t included, but these can be arranged through trusted colleagues in the field if needed.
Translations & Final Edits by a Translator
Translations and final edits aren’t included, but I can connect you with skilled colleagues to ensure your content resonates across languages.
