How It Works: The Design Process

The design process can feel exciting and at times challenging. That’s why I hold space with creativity, calm, and care as we move through each step together. Here’s how we’ll move from spark to site:

1. Discovery & Clarity

We begin by exploring your ideas and goals. This is where we talk about what your website should say, how you want it to feel, and what makes your project unique

2. Planning & Design

Once your vision is clear, we start mapping out the site’s structure and design. This stage is about shaping the layout, user experience, and overall look so it reflects your brand as best as we can define it together.

3. Development & Creation

With the first draft of the design in place, your website starts to come alive. I’ll make sure it’s easy to navigate, looks beautiful on any device, and stays true to your desired look and feel. The design and content can evolve as we fine-tune, ensuring everything aligns with your goals.

4. Refinement & Testing

When the first version is ready, we review it together. This is the time to test, adjust, and refine (sometimes more than once) until everything works smoothly and feels just right.

5. Launch & Beyond

Finally, we launch your site into the world. A website is never static — it grows with you. I’ll be there to support you for a set period after launch, and if you’d like, we can continue working together for ongoing updates and care.
